Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement immediately.
Change of Mind: You can return items within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
